Inventoried Items
Inventory items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
If TSG has shipped you the wrong item, we will provide a return label for shipping back to us and will ship the correct item.
If you ordered the wrong inventory item, we will accept returns to our warehouse following the fee schedule below. Once items have been returned, TSG will issue a refund for the original order minus the restocking fee.
Fee Schedule- Return shipping is paid for by the client.
- There is a $2.00 restocking fee for the first item and $0.75 for each additional item on the same order.
On Demand / Made To Order Items
Please note that items produced on demand or made to order are customized specifically for your requirements, and as such, are generally not eligible for returns.
